Refund/exchange and warranty policy
What is your refund/exchange policy?
For hygiene reasons, product may only be returned if the seal is not broken.
If you would like to return a product for a refund or exchange please read the following guidelines to determine if you are eligible. After doing so, please email returns@quarkie.com for complete instructions.
If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately by email at support@quarkie.com for further instructions.
Refund
All orders placed on quarkie.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund via PayPal. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us.
If you purchased your item from one of our authorized retailers or authorized third party vendor, please refer to their return policy for monetary refunds.
Exchange
Products purchased from quarkie.com, one of our authorized retailers or authorized third party vendor, may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. If your product is eligible, you will be responsible for shipping charges. If the seal on your item has been broken/opened or item has been used, it will not be possible to request an exchange or refund.
What is your warranty policy?
Quarkie offers a 12 month warranty. The warranty does not apply to defects/faults caused by accident, neglect, abuse or misuse. Defect/fault claims must be notified to Quarkie as soon as possible. Please visit our Warranty page to begin the claim process.
Additional Information:
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, we highly recommend that you return the product using a service which facilitates tracking and/or delivery confirmation as well as compensation for loss or damage.
Please package your original invoice showing the purchase of the returned product along with your defective product. If the original invoice is not included, it may result in delays with dealing with your warranty item and/or void your warranty. The product must also be returned in its original packaging.
