How can I pay?
What payment methods does Quarkie accept?
We only accept PayPal at the moment.
All major credit cards are accepted through the secure payment processor PayPal.
When will payment be deducted?
At the time your order is placed and you confirm payment details.
You will receive a confirmation email, provided the email address you entered is accurate.
Ordering & shipping
Can I modify the address on my order after it has been placed?
We strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, there is only a short period of time to make a change. Please contact us by sending an email to info@quarkie.com to request the change and we will try our best to comply with your request.
*Once an order has been shipped, it will not be possible to modify an address.
When will my order ship?
After an order is placed, it can take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are Monday – Friday.
Does Quarkie ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
Does Quarkie ship to Military APO's or PO Boxes?
Quarkie does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or PO Box addresses.
Can I track my order?
After your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notifying you of your waybill number and a web-link. You can track your order by logging onto our courier’s website.
Can I cancel my order?
We strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, there is only a short period of time to make a change. Please contact us by sending an email to info@quarkie.com to request a cancellation and we will try our best to cancel your order.
Is there a shipping charge on my order?
We do not charge for shipping when you place an order unless you live in a country considered “remote” by our couriers. Orders from “remote” countries are charged £11 / €12 / $16US per order. A list of these countries may be found using this link.
Which countries does Quarkie.com ship to?
There are few countries to which Quarkie does not ship. If in doubt, place an order. If Quarkie does not ship to your country, your order will not be completed.
Can I purchase from dealers/shops in my country?
You can if Quarkie has appointed a Distributor in your country.
Is there a Distributor in my country?
Quarkie has appointed Distributors to sell products in the countries listed below:-
Germany, Hong Kong, Norway, Russia, United Kingdom and United States of America. For full details of Distributors, please click here.
If you live in one of the countries listed above, when you order on Quarkie.com, your order will be processed by the local Distributor who will be able to service your order more efficiently.
All other orders placed via Quarkie.com will be fulfilled by our central logistics centre.
How do I become a Quarkie Distributor/Dealer?

Refund/exchange and warranty policy
What is your refund/exchange/warranty policy?
For hygiene reasons, product may only be returned if the clear film seal has not been opened/broken/tampered with.
If you would like to return a product for a refund or exchange please read the following to determine if you are eligible. After doing so, please email info@quarkie.com for complete instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, we highly recommend that you return the product using a service which facilitates tracking and/or delivery confirmation as well as compensation for loss or damage.
Refund
All orders placed on Quarkie.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund via PayPal. You are responsible for the shipping charges when returning the product to us. The refund amount will be subject to a deduction of £11 / €12 / $16US to cover administrative costs.
If the clear film seal on your item has been opened/broken/tampered with, or the item has been used, it will not be possible to refund.
The product for return should be packaged with your original invoice showing the purchase of the returned product and the RMA.
If you purchased your item from one of our authorized retailers or authorized third party vendor, please refer to their return policy and procedure.
Exchange
Products purchased from Quarkie.com, can be returned for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping charges when returning the product to us..
An administrative charge of $16US may be applicable to cover administration costs.
If the clear film seal on your item has been opened/broken/tampered with, or the item has been used, it will not be possible to exchange.
The product for exchange should be packaged with your original invoice showing the purchase of the product to be exchanged and the RMA.
If you purchased your item from one of our authorized retailers or authorized third party vendor, please refer to their exchange policy and procedure.
Warranty
All Quarkie headphones are covered by a 12 month warranty.
If you purchased from Quarkie.com, and believe the product is defective, please contact us immediately by email at info@quarkie.comfor further instructions.
The warranty does not apply to defects/faults caused by normal wear and tear, accident, neglect, abuse or misuse. Your product should be returned with your original invoice showing the purchase of the returned product and the RMA. Failure to do so may result in delays in dealing with your warranty item and/or void your warranty.

Product Information
How do I wear my Quarkies?
To get the maximum enjoyment out of your Quarkies, you need a proper seal in the ear canal.
Select your correct ear tip size. Push into the ear with a slight twisting motion, only as far as is comfortable.
Then pull it out just slightly, by about 1mm. You can tell if it is well sealed if the outside noise cancellation is good.
If you have a good seal, the driver is directly coupled to your eardrum.
It doesn’t need to be loud to have excellent sound quality.
What is so special about Quarkie headphones?
Quarkie produces a studio monitor sound quality because of its 13.5mm high efficiency drive units, aluminium voice coils and neodymium magnets.
The product comes with 4 sets of high quality ear tips – XS, S, M, and L, to ensure perfect ear canal seal; mic/mute system; sharing splitter facility.
Where can I find Quarkie safety tips?
Quarkies are very sensitive and efficient. Do not use your headphones at high volume as this may result in permanent hearing loss. Listen SAFELY! Please don’t damage your eardrums – we only have one set for life. So don’t listen at loud levels for sustained periods.
What products are compatible with Quarkie headphones?
Quarkie products will work with universal music devices fitted with a 3.5mm socket, such as iPhone® and Android® phones.
How does the mic/mute system work?
When a phone call comes in, the music will stop. Press the button once to take the call and press again to resume the music.
To navigate the tracks, press once for the music, twice for the next track, and three times for the previous track.
What is the handsfree mic/mute system compatible with?
Both iPhone® and Android® phones.
Where is Quarkie designed and made?
Quarkie is British designed and manufactured in China.
Why does the Quarkie look so unusual?
It looks unusual because it needs to accommodate a large drive unit assembly.
